I, authorize Doc Preparation Inc and its subsidiaries; not limited to Doc Prep Of Nevada, J1 Tax Docs; to charge my credit card for the agreed amount which is shown on the invoice I received and downloaded with the eSignature copy of my prepared tax return(s). I understand that my card information will be saved to my secure and encrypted client profile and will be used for this transaction on my account. I understand and acknowledge that an additional electronic transaction fee of $10.00 will apply per card transaction; and that I have been given the option to pay thru ZELLE to avoid any transaction fees.
