I authorize Doc Preparation Inc and its subsidiaries; not limited to Doc Prep Of Nevada, J1 Tax Docs, Doc Preparation, Dreams In Motion Foundation; to charge my credit card and or Debit Card for the amount shown on the invoice I received. 

I authorize my card to be charged as one time transaction per invoice. 

I understand that my card information will be saved to my secure and encrypted client profile. 

I understand and acknowledge that an additional electronic transaction fee of $10.00 will apply per card transaction; and that I have been given the option to pay thru ZELLE to avoid any transaction fees.
